Nepal Telicom to lay optical fibre in 13 more districts.
Nepal Telicom one of the biggest telecom company of Nepal will be lying optical fibre links to 13 more districts of Nepal. The places those will be connected by the optical fibres are district headquarters and the major bussiness places across country. Telicom rolled out fibres in 34 districts last year. This year telecom will roll the optical fibre which will connect Dang, Salyan, Baglung, Gorkha, Ilam, Panchthar, Rolpa, Siraha, Udaypur, Saptari and Sunsari. Telecom in this year will also extend fibre links on the Tulsipur to Salyan, Baglung to Beni, Abukhaireni to Gorkha, Kathmandu to Galchhi-Gajuri,Budhabare to Phikkal, Aaitabare to Ilam to Phidim, Balefi to Chautara, Galchhi to Tarukghat to Trishuli, Syangja to Galyang, Khalanga to Jhimruk to Lamhi and Sandhikharka to Khalanga routes. Telecoms hopes and plans to deliver the connection of speed of 100Mpbs all over Nepal. This is also one of the good steps taken by Nepal Telicom. Hope for the better future of communication in Nepal.
