200 years old fish catched in Alaska

Henry Liebman a fisherman in Alaska has catched a mysterious fish . He recently made a deep-sea search and he found a thing that he'll never forget. The fish was found in coast of Sitka, Alaska. The weight of the fish is nearly 40 lbs. The shortraker rock fish is mysterious in the sense that the fish is estimated to be nearly two centuries old.
The state Department of Fish and Game in Sitika is still in investigation and the department believes that the fish is at least 200 years old.  The previously found  oldest fish was 175 pounds. This time Liebman's fish beat the record. The age of the shortraker is detected by the number of growth rings along its ear bone.
The facts in America during the fish's birth are as follows:
James Madison was president of the USA
USA consists of total 18 states
Antarctica had not yet been discovered (1820)
The fish was  48 years old when the Civil War began (1861)
The fish was 66 years old when the lightbulb was invented (1879)
Liebman is planning to make his alien fish mounted and will put and displays it in his own home.  Amazing.
